Puglia: A Culinary Memoir (Italy's Food Culture)

Puglia: A Culinary Memoir (Italy's Food Culture) Review

I got this book for a Christmas present and was delighted with it. I'm sending it to my friends who like Italian food. Here is a cookbook written by an Italian, with recipes I've never seen before. I really liked the stories about her life growing up in Puglia and the history she gives about her area. Her vegetables recipes are delicious. If you want to know about how Italians really cook, this is a good book to find out.
