Home Made Baby Food Recipes

Healthy Eating from the beginning, there strong foundation for healthy development. Teach your children a variety of healthy foods from the start to eat, to learn together with you to flavors and textures. Sometimes it can be made several attempts to bring the child to accept a new food, so do not give up when the wrinkles nose at the peas or beans that are ready for them!

WINTER SQUASH

SQUASH-APPLE RICE

1 zucchini, baked

1-2 cups of brown rice, cooked

½ cup apple juice

Mix all ingredients together.

SWEET POTATOES

Boiled sweet potatoes can be combined for a good meal with baby cereal, apples, carrots, beans, pumpkin, rice or chicken.

BANANA

1 small ripe banana

Breast milk or formula

Break banana into pieces. Mixture with a blender orMixers. Add the milk or formula to thin out.

CARROT

½ kg carrots, peeled and washed

Breast milk or formula

Steam carrots until they are soft (~ 10 minutes). Cool for about 10 minutes. Blend. Add the milk or formula to thin out.

Meat / poultry

2 ounces of cooked and chopped chicken, turkey, beef or pork

Breast milk or formula

The mixture of meat. Remove the crumbs. Add the milk or formula to thin out.
