Puerto Rican Food Recipes

I want to talk about Puerto Rico Food Recipes. A subject near and dear to my heart. Growing up my mother and my grandmother was eaten us with the daily diet of my family. Sometimes, when something you used to take for granted. But I for the first time in a long time away from Puerto Rico, I realized cooking was something special.
